This policy explains the categories of information PulseSide may collect, why we use it and visitors’ choices. The present static version does not operate accounts or transmit contact-form entries.
Information we may collect
When analytics, advertising or a working contact form are enabled, we may receive browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, interaction events and information you deliberately submit.
Cookies and advertising
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or learn about industry opt-outs at AboutAds.
If we deploy advertising or non-essential analytics, visitors in regions requiring consent will receive an appropriate choice before those technologies are used. This page will be updated with the actual vendors, retention periods and legal bases used by the live site.
Use, sharing and retention
Information may be used to deliver and secure the site, understand aggregate readership, respond to requests, prevent abuse and support advertising where permitted. Limited information may be shared with providers that host, secure, measure or monetize the site. It should be retained only as long as necessary.
Your choices
Depending on location, visitors may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information and withdraw consent. Use the contact form and select “Privacy request.”
Children and changes
PulseSide is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Material policy revisions will be posted here. The live operator should have this policy reviewed for the laws applicable to its audience and business.
